Delivery FAQs

Here at MishMash Sweets, we pride ourselves in offering excellent service, from the moment you land on our website to the moment you bite into your first sweet! Part of offering such a great service is fast and reliable delivery! We only use Hermes to fulfill all orders as they deliver fully tracked and are a reliable shipping service.

We offer My Hermes Next Working Day delivery. This is fully tracked and delivery is made with 48 hours. If you order before 12pm, delivery should be made the next working day, but we can’t guarantee this.  You will also receive Email/SMS updates from start to finish and even a 1-hour timeslot for delivery.

All orders placed before 2pm, Monday – Friday, will be dispatched the same day. 

Re-delivery Information

Delivery will be made to the address provided during the check-out process. Deliveries will be made between the hours of 9am and 5pm. You must ensure that your delivery address is easily accessible and that someone is available to accept and sign for the delivery (if required). If no one is available to accept and sign for the delivery, a re-delivery charge may be incurred.


As the items that we sell are perishable we do not accept returns. If your order is delivered to you damaged, please contact us immediately in writing by emailing along with photographic evidence. If your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, we will only offer you a refund for damaged items if you have signed for the parcel as damaged upon receipt.
